LoR manager

• Built a web application from scratch with the aim of assisting college teachers and students to manage and keep track of LoRs (Letter of recommendation).
• LoR is an important piece of document for an international student while applying for Master's. Conducted a survey among professors to ask if an app to assist them in keeping track of these LoRs might be of any help. A positive response encouraged to built the application.
• User auth, CURD operations, reset JWT tokens are some of the functionalities incorporated. MERN stack was used to build this project.
• Tech stack – React JS, Material UI, Node JS, Express JS, MongoDB, SendGrid, Heroku, Vercel. Link - project link

Canteen Management

• Was part of an Open-source committee (DJ UNICODE) during my undergrad. The goal of this committee was to solve various college level problems with the help of code and open source it.
• Developed Canteen management system (Frontend team of 3). Implemented a web application for the canteen operators of my university to keep track of orders, generate bills, update the menu and keep track of inventory.
• The API integration of all the CURD operations provided by the backend team was handled. • Tech stack: React JS, Material UI. Link - project link

Deepfakes Detection

• Due to advancements in the field of deep learning and GANs technology, it has made possible for common users to manipulate images and create deepfakes and it's very difficult to spot a deepfake with our naked eyes.
•To tackle this issue we have proposed a methodology using CNN to detect deepfakes and stop its spread. A research paper for this is accepted for publication in IEEE explore. Paper Link

Automate Chrome Dino

• This was a personal project where the famous chrome dinosaur game was automated using had gestures to control the movements of the dinosaur.
• The hand gestures were trained using neural networks and finally it was integrated with open CV to control the dinosaur using the front camera. project link

• Designed a communication channel in Spring framework for IoT devices to access the IoT registry APIs which is part of the AWS IoT Core stack via the MQTT protocol.
• Migrated existing IoT Registry APIs from controlplane to dataplane which IoT device has access to by unpacking the message object and routing it to its designated API handler.
• Implemented necessary unit tests in Java Mockito with code coverage of 95% and integration tests to deploy the code on pre-production pipeline.
